A VERMONT ELOPEMENT DURING THE 2024 SOLAR ECLIPSE
A Vermont Elopement During the 2024 Solar Eclipse:
Jess and Jason drove up from Burlington on Monday, April 8th to watch the solar eclipse in South Hero near the causeway. The two drank wine, ate charcuterie and read books to one another during the partial eclipse while catching some glimpses as it reached totality.
When it got too hot, they both shared vows underneath an old spruce tree on the property to take cover from the blazing rays.
Once it reached totality, they were able to remove their glasses for a spectacular viewing o the total eclipse. They watched as it gradually became darker, almost like sunset.
To view the next solar eclipse you will need to travel to Europe for August 12th, 2026!
